[Bf-webcontent] Development fund page

Once again, I'll repeat what I said in another thread. Content
Prioritization should be considered highly.

Though the site has important stuffs, some of those 'stuffs' are
relatively *more
*important than others.

Example. Demoreel video on Features page should show first, then individual
features things follow. In this context, the demoreel is "more important"
than the individual features video.

Similar things should happen accross the blender site, even the position of
links and which comes first.
