[Bf-webcontent] Watching videos

Add videos to page and making them autoload is what increases page load
time. But I think most of these video overlay things have a basic image to
load first, and if the user clicks on the video play button, it actually
loads the video.

Well, I think the loading time will be negligible when the overlay is
added, if any, which would be caused by the overlay code, and not the link
to the video.

The video only plays when the user requests it.
