[Bf-webcontent] Linking to features page

http://www.blender.org/features/2-69/ and
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:Ref/Release_Notes/2.69 are the same.

I think the what's new link on the front page should link to the first link
instead of the wiki.

The wiki is a good one for developers, but for normal visitors, the on-page
one will do, I think.
