[Bf-webcontent] Content migration: FAQ pages

Hi,

I worked on the FAQ on blender.org a lot, especially the GPL related questions.

Old one:
http://archive.blender.org/education-help/faq/gpl-for-artists/

The new design with individual "posts" for every question is not usable really. It's not pleasant to read and needs excessive clicking.
http://www.blender.org/faq/

I also think we can limit that section to using actual/current FAQ items - which is based on what we get in via mailing lists and foundation emails mostly.

I'll try to merge things back on one page...
