[Bf-webcontent] Homepage tittle

Currently: blender.org - homepage of the bla bla bla
I recommend: Homepage of the bla bla bla - blender.org

Why my recommendation?
1) It is consistent with other page titles of the blender site
2) Good for search engines. One page can be discarded when it finds two
pages with same beginning word of page title.
3) :-)
