Hi,

do you mean sth. like http://www.dellideastorm.com/ or 
http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/ ? As far as I know is the source code of 
the ubuntu brainstorm website freely available. Would be nice to have 
something similar for blender since these sites get more and more popular.
