[Bf-webcontent] typo3 3.8

Hi Johannes,

I don't know yet. So far, I have installed 3.8 on my laptop and  
played a bit with it. I'm not sure our current site will immediately  
benefit from an upgrade, and I don't have that much spare time at the  
moment :) Do you have an urgent reason to upgrade?
