[Bf-webcontent] IE CSS issue

There seems to be something wrong in the stylesheet: in IE6 you'll 
notice a white bar in the header graphic and on some pages like 
infocenter home (http://blender3d.org/cms/Development.81.0.html ) there 
is a lot of whitespace at the bottom of the page.

I have to run to work now, but if it's an easy fix I can do it from the 
office later today. Can someone please take a look at what's going 
wrong here?
