[Bf-webcontent] no more flickering

Hi Bart,
thanks a lot. Now I am behind it! I think my solution is different but
has no advantages. Perhaps you can "play" a bit more by using js effects
(scrolling in the menus). But I would also prefer the css only version.
Yes life would be easier if there were a IE7 or IE8!
