[Bf-webcontent] What I've been doing..

Hmm the insert test doesn't really do it for me :(

i'd much rather a banner in the "blank space" of the title bar than somthing 
right smack bang in the middle of the content.

but i guess its up to you as to how its positioned for most effectivness.
