[Bf-webcontent] no more flickering

Okay, I'll look into the optionsplit solution. Good idea!

The menu works in IE6 now; I had removed too many javascript includes.

By the way: the mousecursor changes into a text selection cursor in IE6 
when you hover over the top menu headers. Could you look into that?
