Jim,

in order to see the web plugin content, you first need to install the 
plugin itself. You can find it here: 
http://www.blender3d.org/cms/3D_web_plug-in.15.0.html

Please note that the plugin is no longer supported so if it doesn't 
work for you, I'm afraid you're out of luck ;-)

I'm not sure what the gBlender doc is. Where did you get that?
