[Bf-webcontent] System Requirements

Hi Johannes,

you can show it to us without publishing by sending the link that you 
see when you preview your work. It might be worth while to review it at 
least a bit before publishing.

Good idea by the way; I'm sure that many potential Blender users are 
confused by the lack of such a page.
