[Bf-webcontent] Caching of siteitems disabled

Hi all,

I have changed a bit of code in the SiteItem extension. This forced 
content managers to do a 'clear all cache' before they could properly 
publish pages with siteitem lists on them, or else the updates might 
not come through. Quite annoying ;-)
