[Bf-webcontent] Tutorials Keep Going Missing

On my site, I was having trouble with my html.  I was/am doing something 
wrong because pics don't show up.  But Justin is putting all the old 
Blendermania tuts up on opendigitalart soon, so I'm holding off on fixing 
the problem till later... In the mean time, I've found a few tutorials, and 
would like to propose a link section to other languages.. French, German, 
Spanish, Portuguese, etc...  For the wealth of stuff out there for the non 
English speaker???  What think you?
