[Bf-webcontent] Addition of Linux FAQ to CVS - request

Hi,

with 2.35 drawing ever closer it would be good if the Linux FAQ got added
to the FAQ section at blender3d.org.

If anyone is up for the task, please do so, I'm rather busy to do it myself.
