[Bf-webcontent] Tutorials Keep Going Missing

Sorry for the delay, meant to respond to this when I first got it, but I 
got busy messing with programs and forgot. Anyway, yes! It'd be great to 
have some non-english stuff.... I'm just wondering how we should do it... 
put them in the normal categories and have whatever language they're in 
noted after the title of the tutorial (i.e. "Tutorial Name [German]"), or 
file them in a separate area of the tutorial section.
