[Bf-webcontent] New content tag: ccode

Hi,

the developers requested an easy way to identify C code in the page 
content. Instead of adding <font> tags every time, we've added a new 
tag: CCODE. It will render your content in courier on a gray background. 
The nice thing of course is that this separates content from layour and 
we can easily change the design later.

I've used a standard typo3 plugin to do this and adding new custom tags 
is straightforward now.
