[Bf-webcontent] trouble/question with typo3

hey guys, i am trying to add a new section to blender3d.org underneath the
websites tab.  now i ave a few questions which i havn't yet figured out.

A) how do i add a folder for a page.  i seem to be able to add site contents
like text and all that, as well as new pages.  but all the existing pages
have a folder within them containing the entries.

B) there are codes such as CAT=1, CAT=24,   what is the significance of this
and how do i know what i need to place in here.

i think thats all.  i have been able to edit pages fine, but creating my
first page is a bit of a learning curve.  just trying to add 32 sites,
nothing major LOL
