I wouldn't say that.  These are classic blender tutorials.

Sure, they may need some tweeking to match the newly 'evolved'
blender interface, but anyone who has gone through these tuts
has the basic blender skills to enable them to waste hours
and hours of their time.  Who knows how many poor souls have
been led astray into a life of animation and 3d graphics by
these tutorials?

These tuts need to be preserved.
