[Bf-viewport] The right place to share some ideas

Hi Blenders :)

So I'm asking the question (in the title) because I've some ideas for
developers (witch I'm not even if I've done some basic scripts and little
things, I do know the logic).
I use Blender for editing videos - Speaking of that, the VSE is a great
module, the biggest limit is the imagination - and the viewport to directly
render (stills and animations).
