If a Windows build can be made, I'd love to test this out.

Subject: [Bf-vfx] Improving the 2D stabilization tool :: Updated against 2.77

Hello all,

while I must admit being busy with a lot of other projects lately, I still think
this improvement should be considered for Blender and I am committed to push it
ahead. So let's just try somehow to get the review proces move ahead.

To this end, I've rebased my patchset against recent Blender 2.77 (no real
changes where needed to make it apply). And again, I've build packages
for Ubuntu in my PPA, now based on Blender 2.77. Just in case some Linux
user wants to try out this enhancement proposal. If someone needs another Ubuntu
(or Mint or Debian) flavour, please speak up. (Sorry for not providing
any Windows build, I am a Linux-only user, don't have any Windows or Mac
at my disposal)

Anyway, Packages for Ubuntu Vivid (15.04), Wily (15.10) and Xenial (16.04) are
in my PPA (Blender release 2.77 with my 2D stabilizer extension included)

Cheers,
Ichthyo
