[Bf-vfx] Behaviour change - when setting up tracking scene, keep the active layer

Hi,

I've made some minor changes and committed it to Git now. Thanks for the
patch.

Also improved behavior of Setup Tracking Scene in cases when you've got
default nodes exist in the tree.
