[Bf-usd] Hydra Cycles released

Sorry for not being verbose on the list yet.
We just published our Cycles Render delegate on github:

There is still much work to be done - but we try to share as early as possible moving forward.

Our Blender Usd export additions and current import code will follow shortly.
I'll respond to the proper threads on our other work.
