[Bf-translations-svn] Request for join simplified Chinese(zh_CN) UI translation

Hi NGE, added you to the Translations project, you should be able to 
commit to svn very soon, just be sure to check on 
https://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:Doc/Process/Translate_Blender, 
and join bf-translations-dev ML too ;)
