[Bf-translations-svn] Uzbek language

Hi Odilkhan,

First of all, please register on both bf-translation-svn and 
bf-translation-dev 
(http://lists.blender.org/mailman/listinfo/bf-translations-svn and 
-dev), and note that that kind of discussion should go to -dev (-svn is 
reserved to automatic messages generated by svn commits ;) ).

That said, the process is described in 
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:Doc/Process/Translate_Blender, to 
summarize:
* Register on ML as said above, and on http://projects.blender.org, then 
request to join http://projects.blender.org/projects/bf-translations .
* You can then checkout https://svn.blender.org/svnroot/bf-translations 
(if you don’t know svn, you should find nice tutos on the web), and work 
on the uz (and/or uz at cyrillic) parts *of the /branch directory*, and 
commit your changes.

That’s pretty much it!
