[Bf-translations-dev] End of 3.3 cycles for translations

Hi everybody,

As you may already know, Blender 3.3 is scheduled to be released this 
week, so today's update of translations repositories was the last one 
for this release cycles.

Next week we switch back to master (a.k.a. 3.4 alpha).

Thanks to everyone who helped to keep this 3.3 LTS version so widely 
translated once again!
