[Bf-translations-dev] Blender 3.0 BCon3

Hi fellow translators,

Last week we went into BCon3 stage (i.e. beta) for Blender 3.0 release, 
which now has its own branch for stabilization.

As usual, in the coming weeks translations will be updated from that 
release branch, and not master, to allow final tweaks and updates.

According to current schedule (release of Blender in the last week of 
November/first of December), last update of translations for 3.0 will 
most likely happen on Monday 22nd of November, in three weeks.

Thanks for all your work in translating Blender's UI in so many languages!
