[Bf-translations-dev] Delete Spanish from Spain? [17%]

Hi Bastien:

I wonder if this is not the right time to do it, before 2.70.
es_ES.po is at 17%, with no commits since forever.

On top of that, all users from Spain (with a es_ES locale in their systems)
are getting it as the "default" translation when they activate the
"International Fonts" option and, in its painful state, it's no wonder why
they don't want to use "Blender in Spanish".

On the other hand the es.po is at 100% and always up to date and revised.
If later on some users from Spain want to branch it again it'd be much more
practical to start with a copy of es.po and update it from there.

What do you say?
