[Bf-translations-dev] deleting "es_ES" locale?

Hi there,

I wonder if it isn't the right time to delete locale *"es_ES"*?
Nobody has worked on it for ages, and I'm affraid Spanish spoken people
living in Spain get this translation as the Default one (based on their
locale), since it's currently in a really bad shape.
