[Bf-translations-dev] Better way to report translation-related issues?

Hi Leon,

Theoretically, should be project page... But looks like everyone is 
happy with ML (and maybe it's simpler for such thing?). ;)

Actually, I do not have any strong opinion here, would react to issues 
wherever they are reported! :p
