[Bf-translations-dev] need compiled libfribidi !

Yes, libfribidi is only used by rtl languages (arabic and persian, 
currently) to convert a “normal” po into a “good looking one”.

The reason I directly used the dll through CType is that there is no 
python binding for py3 currently (pyfribidi id py2-only, I didn’t want 
to use *two* versions of python!)

I’m attaching a win32 dll of libfribidi (latest version, 0.19.2, found 
here: 
http://code.google.com/p/maxmods/source/browse/trunk/rtl.mod/lib/win32/libfribidi.dll?r=1169 
), hope it will work for you (afaik, this py script has never been 
tested under win… and I cannot do it myself).
