[Bf-translations-dev] I am Turkish Translator

Hi Fatih,

I added you as member of the bf-translation team, added a tr/tr.po 
("empty") file under /branches in our svn, and added turkish to Blender 
(r45418).

Now, you have to checkout a local copy of our i18n svn repository 
(https://svn.blender.org/svnroot/bf-translations), using for example 
rapidsvn or tortoisesvn…

Then, you can edit /branches/tr/tr.po (please only edit files under 
/branches, never those under /trunk dir), and commit your changes 
(please try to add a short comment stating your progresses each time 
you commit).
