Note that the correct "Presentation Form" (what I was calling absolute
forms) for the Farsi Yeh are:
Isolated, Final, Beggining, Middle:
\ufbfc \ufbfd \ufefe \ufeff

In the persian_to_utf you were using the values for alef maksura instead.
