[Bf-translations-dev] export untranslated

hi

i made a simple program to export the untranslated msgs with their references
to help translators to distribute the untranslated msgs and then merge 
it pack using merge_po.

and i wanted to share, so here is the file:

i'll add an option to split the exported file into parts in the next update (if Allah wishes)
