[Bf-taskforce25] RNA and Custom Properties (ID-Props)

Hi Brecht,

I was wondering what the plans are regarding RNA access to ID-props stored
in ID-blocks + other places where they area used to allow for
usable-definable properties (i.e. pyconstraints, and soon bones). I seem to
recall seeing these show up as normal properties at some point in time, but
it doesn't seem that this happens anymore - in tests, and also there doesn't
appear to be any code doing this.

Could you shed some light on this?
