[Bf-taskforce25] 2.5 movie player

I use mplayer mf://*.png, with any mplayer option (including adding an
audio track, video effects, speed...), change speed with ctrl+[] and
backspace, and go frame by frame with the '.' button (can't go
backwards though).

Here's my proposal for blender's video player:

The video player would be just a regular blender window with 2 areas:
one big one with video playback (as the sequencer preview but playing
from a different source) and one with the timeline (with an specific
option to avoid updating other windows). It already has play controls
and scrubbing with variable precision (using the mouse wheel). I would
add a backwards playback to it. The area with the video can be
fullscreened with shift+spacebar (ctrl+spacebar in 2.5) or ctrl+up.
