[Bf-taskforce25] 2.5 movie player

I like this a lot except for two points:

1. The timeline slider shouldn't overlap the video, even if it does
have transparency.
2. IMO the speed control should, ideally, be a number field with fps.
(And if we allow negative fps, then we can play backwards! :-P)
