[Bf-taskforce25] Sequencer TODO's

Hey there, wondering if anyones interested in doing 2.5 sequencer
stuff, (cc'ing peter, are you on this list?)

At the moment theres a range of easy and hard stuff to port
* Quite a few basic operators that just apply to the selection, some
the refresh, make/clear metastrip, snap to frame, refresh strips etc -
enough examples there to start from.
* User interface panels is a nice task that can be done separate from
other things.
* add_strip_operators (I'll commit something for this tonight - add
color strip to start with)
* Figure out how to get an image filebrowser selection into an
operator?! - no string array support, might need it for this.
* Sequencer transform - Try Theeths Transform API - can use nodes as a
reference.
* Add markers back into the sequencer view

Also to consider is making strip names unique (per scene) so operators
can reference strips by name.
