[Bf-taskforce25] RNA structs for UI grouping?

Hi Campbell. Indeed, this was after discussion with Brecht on IRC.
Brecht added this for GameSettings in Object; I may have jumped the
gun on doing this in other places, but I was working on Material.mtex,
and wanted to do less scrolling while testing. :)
