[Bf-taskforce25] Non-motion f-curves

Joshua -- I was doing some Animato testing and noticed that, even though 
ADR code conversions for Material properties are finished, they're not 
showing up in the F-curves view. Thinking it was just a converter 
problem, I keyed some material color animation directly in a 2.5-started 
file and still nothing shows in the F-curve editor.

Is there some other step that needs to be taken? I suppose now wouldn't 
be a horrible time to read through the new system's code and figure out 
what's going on.
