This is quite abstract to me, I'm not really sure where this fits into
the Blender design and 2.5 project. Which problem is this trying to
solve, or which new possibilities to enable? My first impression is
that things like mysql, web services and these kinds of abstraction
layers would be out of the scope for 2.5.
