Nasty old code made it especially complicated... but I think this goes 
very nice.

Evaluation topics:

- would be nice to get more automatic menus with enums, less duplicate 
typing.
- we need keymap entries with option to skip "invoke", so you can 
directly call operators with a property set.
- if you choose "armature deform" you used to get another menu... I 
suggest we never do this, and just provide all options at once.
- do we need multiple configurable invoke types? I know this is one of 
the more complex hotkey-operators in Blender.
