[Bf-taskforce25] frames and arrow keys patch

Hi,

Thanks, looks good! And good to see it ain't all that complex to make. 
:)

Two minor notes:

- Missing notifier (you probably didnt notice because of old test that 
sent redraws on every key press). A real 'frame change' notifier has to 
be made still.
- Follow layout hints a bit, like using empty space between functions, 
and use a comment to separate operators. See my commit diff.
