[Bf-scripts-dev] New Discombobulator Version

I have updated the Discombobulator script to version 2.1 (arbitrary version
number) with the following changes:
Works with Blender CVS and hopefully with Blender 2.40.
Swaps min/max values when min>max rather than complaining.
Will keep previously assigned materials.
Now allows user to assign custom material indices to Protrusion and Doodad
Sides and Tops.
The initial Gui Layout will change depending on the aspect ratio of the
window it is in.
Using the arrow keys will scroll the gui.

The version included with Blender 2.37a will not work with the newer
Blender, so the bundled copy should be updated. Version 2.1 can be found
here:
