Yes, we need a new page there. There was material in the old wiki, but
it hasn't been ported yet.

We have until Sunday at least to consider possible inclusions. Tom has
been working on this:

http://mediawiki.blender.org/index.php/Competitive_Analysis/Scripts_List

And we'll try to include at least a few more for 2.40, including yours.

There are many issues with the current (lack of) structure for including
and managing scripts, it can't continue. We need to make sure bundled
scripts are polished: *good* interface and documentation, feature-rich,
good error messages, etc. And we need a good mechanism for testing and
updates. As Ton says, bundled scripts need to work as well as any other
Blender feature.

So after (or during) the API overhaul -- that can break scripts -- we'll
have to tackle this properly. First step could be a special irc meeting
to discuss bpython and scripts. It's been a loong time since we had one.

We could use the wiki to inform and discuss these issues, too.
Suggestions always welcome.
