[Bf-python] Vectors comparison doubts

Thank you, yours comments are very important for me.

I'll take in account, more then before, the official documentation.
I've started coding my addons forking an addons made by another guy,
it works quite good but I desired to improve it and my code experience
was too much focused on the code I found in the old one.

I was lazy and I was running a risk to code something useless, I see
that mathutils.Vector class have what needed as I expect.
