[Bf-python] CopyPasteUVs Addon Review.

Hello guys!

I would like to add CopyPasteUVs Addon into Blender. Could you review it?
Ideasman42 confirmed that it can be added into Blender.

The addon was written by @ jacepriester.

My modification which is compatible to pep8 in the last attachment.
