[Bf-python] Target Window with Screencast

Hi there,

Just wondering about the possible of triggering screen casts with 
python. Is this currently possible?

If possible, is there any way to restrict the screencast to one window? 
If not, how much time/effort would be required to add this feature to 
the internal codebase?
