[Bf-python] Interactive update of bpy.context.tool_settings.proportional_size

Good day,


I have been noticing that when using proportional edit, the Python
bpy.context.tool_settings.proportional_size value isnt updated while
setting proportional radius interactively during for example Gkey
operation...

I would need this interactive update for making preselection highlighting
work for proportional edit.

Also I believe interactive update would be more complete behaviour for the
Python API.
